Well I've decided I'm going to try and eat better again after having nearly a mth of eating takeouts, really need to start eating better, so today I have started, I had sushi for lunch then had a lovely garlic lemon chicken salad for tea and banana for dessert.

Today I weighed myself and I'm 174lbs I ideally would like to lose 34lbs.

u've done u a weigh in blog,u can add ur weight each wk u weigh in whatever day is best for u hun,if u weighed in 2day stick 2 every
monday,u can write ur food diary on it aswell for ur keepin,
