i feel like every body parts chaffing hahahahahahaha
i sooooo feel like a right fat moo...but i have no willpower.
my bros weddings this year and id like to be a nice "tidy" shape iykwim

i start diets ...but never carry them on...b4 i had kids it was no prob at all i could diet down to a size 8 if i wanted to...which i did once and looked ill so i decided a 10/12 was better for me.....im a 14/16 at the mo and would love to be able to do the 10/12 size again....

anyone any ideas on what you think is a good diet? i think im too used to crash dieting and then even if i start proper diets i still find myself sitting with a cream cake in my hand grrrrr....it is starting to get me down ...only sometimes though as i do feel comfy but would prefer to feel fitter and lighter than i am as i feel like im carrying a dead weight round with me and thats just my ass im talking about lmao.

he, he....well i was having the same problem...never really tried to be honest. i know with me, i need to watch what i eat and exercise. No point now, but will defo be when have this baby!

yeah....problem with me is when i cook im too lazy to make something seperate for me so i eat what kevin eats and he loves grease lol....chips/fried egg/fried chicken etc etc....i get bored.
gonna do myself a baked spud tonight with prawn cocktail i think.
just a lazy cow lol

i dont think its so much what you eat as to how much you eat, if you have everything in moderation and drink plenty of water that should help alot, also is their anyway kev could have the kids a couple of evenings a week and you go swimming as thats really good for weight loss

i get like that too, its so hard to diet. mark likes takeouts etc and i end up having it aswell.
Im taking diet pills and trying to cut down on all the rubbish ieat. I really need to exercise too though
