I been this morning to get weighed and I have gained half a pound Sad

Ok its ONLY half a pound, but I really dont understand why????

I went for a cooked breakfast on Friday with my dad, but I counted all my syns, and I have been really good the rest of the week, so I really dont know where ithas come from, I have also been doing my sports active this week, today will be my 5th day and I walked all the way home from Hucknall last week, a good couple of miles maybe a bit more, and I dont walk slow, cos I hate when people walk slow, lol.

I think I am gonna have to get my books out and find something new to eat, and really give myself a good kick up the arse, cos I am really disappointed with the really slow weight losses that I am having, I have lost 4.5lb in 6 weeks Sad. I want to loose 3lb a week, not half or 1.

God Im feeling really sorry for myself, but I will resist temptation and not have a chocolate, or get the biscuit tin out :twisted: .

I have sat and had a long talk with myself LOL, I am not gonna do the EE days anymore, I am gonna stick with green days, that is what I used to do before and the weight came off at a much better rate than it is doing now.

I have made a chilli for tea and counted my meat as a HE, and I have split it into 4 pots so that I can freeze it and have some another day, and its only 1.5 syns a portion, so not too bad.

Arrr Ellen, don't give up love. Maybe doing green days as you say will help shift it. You look fine to me though. I've got lots or recipes on my pc, do you want me to email them to you? You might get some ideas. Lets hope they let you on the sw site very soon, it'll def give you some ideas. xx

Tracey ee is extra easy, you can mix red and green days together, lots of people have had huge losses doing this, but it obviously dosnt work for me.

I am gonna do green days, cos I know in the past they have worked for me.

What is ww like these days I did do it when Kelsey was a baby, but found that EVERYTHING had a points value and couldnt get on with it, is it different now??

its still points values hun

you can use the online tool tho and it tells you the points of almost everything and there is a very simple calculator if it doesnt know them

i thought i would struggle with the switch but i havent and i have to say im loving WW, also a lot of us on here are doing WW so if you do join we can help you chick
