I got weighed this morning as we sleeping at marks parents tonight.

I didn't lose anything but i haven't been feeling too good this week to do any exercise. I hope that i lose some next week.

i lost 2lbs this week, on a mission to lose as much as possuble before i stand in front of my group so am aiming for a stone in 10 weeks, well 12 lbs in 9 weeks now eeek
