just eating soup for your main meal?

i have been doing it for a week and a half. I dont eat brekkie anyways (i always get sick if i do) then having a small snack in the afternoon and soup and 2 slices toast in the early evening. Well its knocked my stomach right out in a really TMI way. i been eating diff types of soup so im getting different veg. Ive also made a conscious effort to walk faster wherever i go.

I often eat soup for my lunch, but couldn't cope without a main meal sometime during the day...

I think im giving up on this. even with a main meal its not working. Everytime i eat the soup i feel fine but shortly afterwards my tummy feels funny, like im going to be sick.
