What do you tell your kids about xmas?

i make it as magical and fairytale like as possible my mum did it with us and i have kept it going, Taylor understands more this year and dylan is kinda on the same wave length....
the fairies and elves keep a watchful eye throughout the year... (tinkerbelle even finds time to sprinkle taylors porridge with fairy dust LOL... she eats it all this way LOL)
santa gets texts and emails from us every night ....
for his goodies hes getting left a glass of baileys and a few biccies on xmas eve and the reindeer will have cornflakes etc hehe... this is what i get excited about LOL

we leave santa out a glass of lager and some biscuits then carrots for the reindeer.
i tell her santa is watching all the time so she has to be good!

i love seeing the kids faces when the lights go on and i try to make the house as chrismassy as possible, xander wants his own window light that he saw in b&m so will be getting him that.

i tell the kids that santa won't bring them toys if they don't behave, that i email santa every week to tell him how they are doing lol

abbie's 8 and she still believes in santa lol think it might be my last year tho lol

i like it when we leave the key out for santa, and the oats and glitter mix for rudolph out on the grass/patio then the next day its magically gone (vaccum!)

Tracking santa on norad and seeing tylers overwhelmed face when he opens his presents. I love his little christmas tree in his room and how our hosue smells at christmas is completely different to the rest of the year. This year were going to write to santa for the first time and i think hes going to understand even more this year. We will be at my mums for christmas which is always absolutely beautiful as its in the country and her tree is gorgeous as shes been collecting her decorations since i was born. This year will be lovely for tyler as well because wills dad and sister are coming so it will be our whole family.

if its outside vicki you can use pva glue on the bottom of a boot, print it on to the ground and then sprinkle with glitter, or just use mud.
