WI 2night Empty WI 2night

i got wi 2night at 7pm,
i know i've put on weight even thou i've been on my treadmill and crosstrainer the last 2nights and been on it like 35mins already 2day lol tryin 2 burn them few lbs lol i know it wont work lol,
where i've been stressed out ec over last few wks its so not been gd,i know i've prob put on but i know so and know the reason so wont b a shock really i''m thinkin about 3lbs but hey not worth cryin over last week lol cant change that so bk on track and exercisin loads lol x

well i put on she has put down 2.5lbs but sure its 3.5lbs bad enough really thats in 2wkw,right bk on track now xx

you'll be fine your exercise regine will build you muscles so don't be down if you gain some again as muscles burns fat but it also weighs more

really need to exercise lol
