Re: Help anyone!
DOUBT IT, U CAN KEEP them OUTSIDE and just cover him/her over, ours was always outside as he gnawed a hole through the shed! LOL
Re: Help anyone!

Re: Help anyone!
a rabbit wouldnt die out in this weather hun, if they did they wouldnt be classed as pests. I think certain breeds of rabbits are sucebtable (sp) to the weather due to their breed however the majority handle winter fine ours was a completely outdoor rabbit and he was fine. You can get house rabbits though which are cool just have to watch out for wires etc as they chew things. Cover the hutch as suggested with sheeting and ensure you have a spare water bottle for changing it if it freezes over. My old rabbit used to let rats eat its food and share its hutch. Make sure you have a secure run for the rabbit or that it is locked securley into its hutch on a night too as foxes can open the simple bit that you turn to lock it. I want a rabbit for the kids in the future too. Oh if you can get a rex or rex cross rabbit they feel absolutely stunning so soft and silky.
