Flipping furious!

My bunny who is 6 has had a sore eye for so long now, so hes booked in with the vets to be put out and have it flushed out, so that is tomorrow, we are skint till fri so i just rang to ask if i could pay first thing fri morning.......they said no!!!! grr

i mean i dont owe them anything and i have always paid!! i have been with them 7yrs!! they got £800 off me when my cat got run over!!!!!! yes £800!!!!!!!!!

im flipping furious about it, i mean they r happy to let him suffer for the sake of the money??? i told them to stick it, taking him to another vets, who r fine about me paying fri!!! AND im gonna transfer my dog there too, its the principle of the matter, now they have lost my custom.

i mean what is the world coming too grr

last time i was in there a little girl and her mum came to get their dog who had just had an op and the mum had forgotton her wallet so they said no money no dog!!!!!!!! the poor girl burst into tears!!!!!!! disgusting!!!!!!! grr

OMG that is so not on, I dont blame you for taking them elsewhere, you have been a loyal customer, and when you ask for a little help they refuse, just for the sake of 24hrs

Bloody shocking they make money form people being upset, Our vet here is like that, I paid nearly £500 for 3 dead cats that were poisoned, god damn frustrating.

exactly ellen and everyone else, i thought after should i say i forgot my wallet, but then they would keep biscuit and charge me another night! bloody outrageous x

OMG that is seriously shocking, I'm so glad my vets arent like that I'm still paying off Ty's vets bill from before xmas I'm paying £25pm and they had no problems with it. I dont blame you for taking your custom elsewhere I know I would too.
