Hmmm not sure where to get it from
Have been looking online at where to get my maclaren from and carseat. Have found it on boots.com for £366 (for both) and get double advantage card points. However have found it on Kidicare for around £334 so not sure who to order it from. Part of me thinks boots to get the extra points as could really do with the points to spend and I trust boots whereas Kidicare I've never used and would be worried about if was to become faulty etc how would I go about sorting out returning/replacement etc.... argh decissions decissions.

Re: Hmmm not sure where to get it from
How many points would you get n Boots? Is your Bootss having one of these special shopping days where for every £50 you spend you get £12 worth of points? Ours is having one next wed evening. If they are I would deff get it from Boots, cos thats loads of money back to spend in Boots
Re: Hmmm not sure where to get it from
Dunno as have to do it online as they dont have it instore or at least I dont think they have that one instore. I think you get 8 points per £1 and its got a bit of a discount on it I think but could be wrong.

Re: Hmmm not sure where to get it from
Id get it from Boots, Ive just been looking, and you get almost £20 just for the buggy, so if you think about it like that, its another £30 off the price, cos if you planning on buying other things from there anyway, you might aswell use the points to save your money IYKWIM. It will work out cheaper than kiddicare and you know you can trust Boots.
Re: Hmmm not sure where to get it from
thats what I was thinking. Oh well all I need now is to check my bank on Weds and then I can get ordering lol, might even order a couple of xmas bits from boots online aswell. Getting all excited lol.

Re: Hmmm not sure where to get it from
kiddicare are good for returns and aftercare hun.
but to be honest for that extra few pounds and you get all those points to go spend on something from boots?
does it work out better? works out about 2928 points ( i think)
i think its workign out about the same

Yeah elaine your right on the points front (would be better if it was even more points lol but still). Think I might just go with Boots as know more or less who I'm dealing with lol.... Can you tell I'm not a fan of ordering online...

Re: Hmmm not sure where to get it from
Kiddicare are cheap but I wouldn't buy from them again as you have to pay for your own returns ect...
Re: Hmmm not sure where to get it from
Yeah I got a double maclaren and mamas and papas carseat but I want a single stroller/travelsystem for Maddison as dont really like the luna its a rubbish buggy even as a travel system its a pain as if your on a bus with just the nappy bag on the handle it tips the buggy when going round corners and that was even with Paige at 12mths in the carseat. Plus the luna wont hold my buggy board properly either so need a new stroller as cant use the boots one for a newborn plus its old/tatty lol....

Re: Hmmm not sure where to get it from
i've got a graco mosaic and they are great. not to heavy and i take it everywhere including on the bus. KAtrina loves it and it brings the car seat for when the kids are small. I know that is not very cheap but is very good and easy to take around since that it fold down like a umbrella.

Re: Hmmm not sure where to get it from
I was given my sisters graco Mosaic for Paige last year and it was ok apart from the wheels had started to go dodgy from too much use by the time I got it hence why I got Luna lol. It was ok as a buggy though but didnt feel like it would last IYKWIM.
Well I have ordered my carseat and cot mattress from Boots and ordered the stroller itself from Mothercare as it was £215 instead of £245 which is the cheapest I've found it I think, watch it be cheaper on kiddicare now lol

you did good hun. I must say that i haven't had any problems so far with my graco mosaic and i bought it before katrina was here. I amazing and i used it everywhere. are you going to use the buggie for the new baby or are you going to used it for paige... we always end up letting own old ones used the news buggies first. lol

Re: Hmmm not sure where to get it from
I'm hoping to hold out and use it just for Maddison but knowing me I will use it for Paige aswell as Maddison but not until Maddison is here if that makes sense. Only time will tell I suppose.
