Bought abbie a checked jacket from asda for the winter about 7 weeks ago and she came in and told the that the bottom of the zip had fallen off therefore she couldn't zip it up so i chanced it and they swapped it there and then, i mean it was looked after but why should i be buying her a new jacket every 8 weeks if it's not going to do it's job

i would of dun the same hun dh cringes wen i start on about takign stuff back lol

i sent jeas back to the catalogue after i wore and washed them about 20 times lol cos a stuf fell off and eft a wee hole
