Lose five pounds a month club?????

this is ideal as it's less than 1.5 pounds to be lost per week which is very feasible

once we get to our goal weights then it's just about maintaining that weight

what do you think girls

i'll keep it the same as the weekly weigh in but i'll only keep a track of those who want to lose 5 lbs in a month so just weigh in when you want hun x

then at the end of the month we'll add up the losses or gains and see who has been successful
