Soooo happy right now

well, im cutting a long story short, but bm came round for a couple of hours yesterday i know, right?!

she wanted to tell us that she trusts us enough to have the kids over night, and not just in the holidays, every other friday! we said we would start off once a month and work from there, but how exciting?! BM was really nice really. she brought her boyfriend so we could meet him as she guessed we were uneasy about him, but hes a lovely chap, really down to earth and he seems to be helping her to stay on track. The kids were dressed better and have new shoes. I think she might be starting to grow up finally.

i have to give her credit where credits due, she was really nice to us. I showed her the room that we will clear out for the kids and she was like oh wow its really lovely and she was happy with that. I said that she would be able to call us every couple of hours when they are here and if she gets anxious and wants them back, no matter what time it is we will take them back. She also found out im learning to drive and she said we will be able to see them on week-evenings and that we are welcome to pop in if were in her area.

so... a turn around really. We even discussed religion and i put her straight on the god talk in my home (ie. i dont want any of it!) and she was cool with that and the kids will pretend father christmas exists for tylers sake
