How many points are these on weight watchers????

mmmmmmmm.. quavers! my favourite.. sorry, i'm not much help am i !!

ha ha i love them myself! but i cant find any info online?

what size of bag? Multipack or single purchase?

Give me the calories and sat fat per serving and I'll work it out for you.

According to weight watchers online normal cheese quavers are 3 points, prawn cocktail ones are 1.5 points and salt and vinegar ones are 2 points.

Erm lets see what crisps i eat:

wotsits (cheese and prawn)
Pringles
walkers
walkers sensations
macoys lol!

Big pringle tubes are 5 points each, the rice infusion ones are 2 points.
Walkers squares are 1.5points, normal walkers crisps are between 2 & 3 points, wotsits are 1.5 points. Sensations are between 2.5 & 3 points.
McCoys are between 3.5 and 5.5 points.

The normal ones Jen, you get a small tube and a big tube (which is the normal one)

No they are only about 170g, well thats what it says on the rice infusions I just went to the shop and bought

Lol, be very careful Jenni! The points you've quoted are for a quarter tube. Salt and vinegar pringles are 20points for a whole tube (someone once said to me that eating a whole tube of pringles puts on a pound in weight, and at that number of points, I can see why!). I had to stop eating them when I first started ww and swapped to s&v snack a jacks instead.

Also, multipack crisp packs are smaller than indivually bought ones. Wotsits are 1.5points from a multipack but are more if you just pick them up in the shops. As for quavers, the ww shopping guide says "quavers, all flavours, 1 bag, 16g = 1.5 points; quavers, cheese, 1 bag, 34g = 3 points" Check the size of the pack and if you're really unsure, pop the calories and saturated fats per serving on here and there will be plenty of people who can tell you the points. If you write down what you eat, you only need to work out the points once and then flick back through your food journal to find the points each time (IF you don't want to/can't work it out each time).

Sensations Caramelised Onion & Sweet Balsamic Vinegar - 1/3 bag, 35g = 3 points
Sensations Corn Chips Cream Cheese & Cracked Black Pepper - 1/3 bag, 35g = 3 points
Sensations Corn Chips Sweet Chilli & Coriander - 1/3 bag, 35g = 3 points
Sensations Gently Infused Lime & Thai Spices, 1/3 bag, 35g = 2.5 points
Sensations Poppadom Bites Lime & Coriander Chutney, 1 serving, 18g = 1.5 points
Sensations Slow Roasted Lamb with Moroccan Spices, 1/3 bag, 35g = 2.5 points
Sensations Vintage Cheddar & Red Onion Chutney, 1/3 bag, 35g = 2.5 points

So, a whole bag could be as much as 9points.
