RIP Sweetpea
Yesterday I found Sweetpea dead in her hutch. Am well and truly gutted that she is gone have no idea what happened or why but she was bleeding from her back end and there was a pool of blood where her food bowl should have been. I felt really guilty when I found her as had been downstairs for 3hrs before checking on her. I honestly thought she was just asleep or being lazy as she often would just lay in that place for hours on end even with the kids about. We told the kids that she has gone to heaven to play with Ruby which Morgan has accepted quite well although he still had problems grasping that she wasnt coming back bless him. I found it hard not to cry all day yesterday and was worse when we came home and I saw her empty hutch, which we finally moved to outside today. Im seriously going to miss Sweetpea as she was a big part of the family even if she did drive me potty chewing things she shouldnt and kicking sawdust out everywhere. She was such a cute and friendly rabbit. Even Maddy liked her in fact Maddy even says rabbit (ok abit) when she see's pictures of sweetpea.
RIP Sweetpea,
