£1 A DAY CHALLENGE 2011 THREAD

i'm starting this up for next year.

You can put £1 away in a jar, tin, bottle, in your branch (might get funny looks if you do it everyday ) or via online banking etc

It's up to you how you do this some people might want to put the £1 a day away, some might want to do it weekly or some might want to do it monthly.

With everything going up in price esp with the VAT increase it might be nice to save for a rainy day x x x

i'm being such a good girl and put £31 away for this month even tho we don't offically start this til next month x

I've stuck another £31 in my online savings account so now I have £62 put aside this year x

transferred another £31 into my savings that £93 saved this year so far x

think i'll do this too so need to put £31 into my online saver for january and then when i get paid put the £28 in for february
