How are all the dieters doing????

I've got 1 lb to lose to take me down to 11st 7 then whatever I lose after that will be a bonus but I always stick at 11 st 5 scratch

i'm not on any particular diet altho i do have a ww meal at night during the week x

so how you lot getting on?????

i am doing well lost 2lbs last week and weigh in again tonight and i am following SW

I'm doing SW, lost 1.5lbs this week, got just over 2st to go to get down to my target of 11st (which I had reached before getting pregnant)...

i'm doing quite well too. i love 1 last week and 2 this week. i've just been cutting back on my portions but kindof using ww recipes for dinners, eating fruit etc and not much chocolate.

thing with me though is i really need to exercise and my belly is such flab! i went to bums and tums yesterday but need to get some cardio stuff to help with loosing weight. x
