well now i've past the 6 week mark of not being able to exercise, i've decided its now the time to get my fat arse into gear and start to lose all the extra weight, since i stopped breastfeeding the weight has slowly started to come back on again which i hate so much, so i'm gonna do something about it, i'm going to buy a running machine at the weekend aswell.

the main thing i wanted to ask is, i was looking at buying a fitness dvd and wanted to know what you all thought would be the best one???

i have loads, !!! i think the best one i have is davina macalls , i have 2 of hers and the then and now natalie cassidy is good. they are all good, depending on where and how much you want to loose

its mainly getting the tone back in my stomach (need to loose the muffin top- not very attractive) and i wanna get rid of some off my backside and thighs

i love my ministry of sound dvd, but its not for toning its more aerobic!

i've been looking around at the reviews on the net and the jordan one has got brilliant reviews so i might go for that one

well i've just brought my dvd off ebay brand new for £8 and free postage, got a bargain coz it's £18 in the shops just need to wait for it to turn up now, can't wait!!
