So proud of him
Well I'm really proud of Ty, yesterday when I was bringing him home from the vets we were on the bus and someone got on with a little white staffy and sat in seat next to us and Ty didnt even bat an eye lid. He behaved brilliantly even when the other dog was trying to sniff him and get to him he just sat there good as gold. I was seriously shocked as normally he would be trying to get to play with another dog. Ok it could be because he had been sedated earlier in the day but I'm sure that had worn off by then as he was certainly pulling me when we left vets as normal.
I've got to take him back on Friday to have the dressing changed again as he had to have his leg re stitched, the bill also wasnt as bad as I was expecting either it was only an extra £116 this time so just means that I will either extend payments of £25pm to 8mths instead of 4mths or increase payments to £50 for 4mths, not sure which I prefer yet. I also have the option to pay it off sooner should I come into some extra cash.
Its such a shame the vets dont do a kind of prepayment scheme where you pay about £20pm and get in credit with your vet account which would cover the bulk of any treatments you need, kind of like a saving scheme or insurance kind of thing.

Re: So proud of him
that would be a great thing if they did do pre-payment wish they did that when i had my dog RIP bruno lol
his ear got ripped off by a flipping alsatian after he was trying to protect my wee brother from it. poor wee thing was in pain and cost us about 300 just to get it stitched back on
what a good dog you have

I know it would make life a lot easier knowing that you already have money with them ready for this kind of thing wouldnt it. Perhaps I should mention it to my vets lol
