The diving bell and butterfly

So this is the latest film i saw and its EXACTLY my kind of movie, Drama, based on real life with all the grit and imperfect-ness that goes with it.

Its about the creator of Elle magazine. He had a stroke and was left paralyzed and unable to speak, he communicated through blinking and managed to write a book this way. It is a fairly slow movie, in french with subtitles and there isnt a huge story, just that he has a stroke and dies. Nothing from his past is truly explained but thats what makes the film better. Some parts where he cracks jokes are funny, but you kind of feel guilty for laughing. This movie really captivated my emotions and when it reached the abrupt end i was shocked, but its a really good movie and definitely one to watch!!!
