HAd my first hold today

well I took the plunge and held my little baby gecko today he is so cute, his eyes are so hypnotic seriously I love this little one. So cheeky already was trying to climb up onto my shoulder lol.

Unfortunately though I have checked temp in his vivarium and it is about 5degrees too low so got to sort out better heat source for him.

Get one hun they arent overly expensive and are easy to look after you can even forget to feed for a couple of days and it wont do any harm. I've just joined a reptile forum so I can get more info on my little addition. Used to be on a fish one. Needless to say there are varying views on wether to keep it on sand..... Nothing is ever as simple as I want it to be.

Big guy isnt the word lol they are HUGE....... I love reptiles though always wanted a snake but the thought of feeding them mice and chicks even dead just creeps me out.

lol...i never ever fed it...my ex did...the only thing i didnt like is when it was gonna pounce at ya ...you couldnt tell cos they have no expression...will never get another one of them

Dont you just love the feel of snakes they are so silky. Why dont you get something like a corn snake they dont get too big and are really gentle.
