i lost about half a stone before and also dropped a size but it was more cause i toned up going to the gym etc... x

no not really shazza, i've not really been able to eat for nearly 2 weeks now, but have been keeping my fluids up, and i walk alot too, just think my body is finally adjusting to not being pregnant

thats great hun. I've ate loads this weekend and i'm just feeling sooooo fat! Sandy suggested i get my gym membership back, so need to work out class times and stuff and maybe start going back! altho i'll need to get some cheap clothes to start with as hardly anything fits.

Hope you are feeling better tho/eating now. x

i'm still not able to eat a complete meal and i'm not touching anything in the day apart from water or juice. i can eat about 5 mouthfuls then thats it.

oh yes thats a good idea, i'm gonna start going swimming soon with my sister see if i can shift abit more

congratulations hun, although please please start eating a little more hun, esp if you are going to start doing more activity even if its just little snacks, perhaps eat little and often.
