fearful of getting obsessive

Post by kirsty on Fri Mar 13, 2009 5:59 pm

well as its WI day, i usually have a day off, but for some reason today, i cant!

i had my SW brekkie of toast n egg and then for lunch i went with my gran and had scampi n chips - well as soon as it was down, i was already thinking about what i could eat for my dinner that was low syns and cals.

so i have a mug shot (soup with some pasta) to eat and a bit of fruit.

im not normally obsessive but i think i might be out of control soon as all i can think about is how to get this weight off, normally i would have my treat day and be happy

i lost 3lbs today and i wasnt that pleased because i know i have so much more to go

i hope this makes sense

xx

Its hard when you want to lose the weight but dont want it taking over your life?? I carnt remember the last time i thought my body was right?? probably in my teens about 10 years ago?? i think us women are always trying to perect ourselves that we can think of nothing else??

I mean if we asked the question of are you happy with your body everyone of us would say no!

But you should try and have your treats, i have my one meal a day or sometimes i will have toast too..but always make sure i sneak a treat in instead...epscially on the weekend but then i love the little things, maybe thats where i go wrong!!!!

You should try and have a treat...youve done well losing 3lb thats alot just for one week! YOU deserve a treat xxxx
