knowing my mum, grilled goats cheese or salmon with puy lentils to start, then turkey and ham with every vegetable you can imagine, all cooked nicely (she dont do plain boiled veg!) and copious amounts of vino. followed by one of her desserts (mum is a pastry chef by trade)

Then a year of dieting to make up for it!!! To be honest though i hate turkey and since being ill im really struggling to eat.

Were not having a traditional Christmas sit down dinner. Mums doin a buffet type thing so we can help ourselves. Were havein turkey wrapped in streaky bacon stuffed with sausage meat an a few other bits, were also having gammon an lobster. Think were also havin the usual veg an Xmas food. Shes also makin party style food for the kids as they never want to eat wen we do so they can have wot they want when they want.

xx
