any fitness dvds that you recommend?

i would quite like to get one so that i can do it first thing in the morning each morning...just mainly to tone up and get fit again...

any that you guys have tried and tested?

i got one too but just carnt be bothered its called Dancefloor workout im selling that one if you want it , it has 22 dance routine workouts to 22 popular songs x x x
