It was just horrible, I do the calling people like if they havent recieved an item ill replace or refund, if we've had a parcel returned from royal mail we'll let them know. Well because theyd let loads of staff go home the queue of customers (i work at qvc-shopping channel) waiting was awful so we had to take orders oh it was ooo annoying!!!!
