Cant do it on my own!!

I just cant do this on me own,
so tuesday i'm Joinin weightwatchers its in the same hall as slimmin world and its only 5 mins away and on a tues instead of sw was on a monday,i just cant do this on my own,
i weigh myself everyday and its becomin a joke so ww meetin's here i come i need the books,calculater and stuff,some of u girls have been great helpin me work out things but just cant do it,
so wish me luck and prob weigh way more than what i think

you can do it hun!! it's probably because your weighing yourself everyday, it becomes an obsession, i was the same after i had H.

I agree with Denise, You can do it, although it is a little easier when you go to a club.

Stop weighing yourself everyday, you will notice the losses more.
