Which Diet

which diet will u b followin??
or will u b just cutin out junk food etc ??

i was following slimming world as you know jen but i am getting bored with it, so i am now cutting out junk food.

I got set of slimming world scales in a car boot sale today for £13, the ones they aactually use in the classes, bargain!!

i used to go to the weight watchers class so its kinda a more relaxed verison of weight watchers ill do b doin...lol not that i should let it relax..xx

me on weight watchers seems to be working 8 pounds in 4 weeks not bad

I don't know witch one to use... i can really spend any money on a diet... the only thing i can think is to cut the junk food...

I'm doing ww, couldn't just cut food out not got the will power. lol

Im following the Lisa diet!! hehe. Lost 2lbs in a week

i dunno what diet to follow!!!!!!

im on the Atkins the now as it fits in with my lifestyle of going out all the time for food lol

If you put your postcode in here it will tell you where and when all your local meetings are on. You just turn up at one with some money in your wallet and they'll talk you through the rest.

Alternatively, if you don't want to go to a meeting you can sign up to just do it online. The ww website will talk you through that.
