feel stuffed now!

i ordered a load of good for you foods from asda and they a=have came...so i stuck my lunch on there...i had morroccan style cous cous break...and besides being absolutely gorgeous i actually feel full!
so this morning i have had
one coffee affraid

one pro biotic drink
(skipped my brekie really)
and my cous cous for lunch....
loved it that much that when im out today gonna buy some more Very Happy

:D cos i wasnt sure how id like them so i ordered one of each but that will do me Very Happy

and tonight for dinner...? baked pot with some tuna or some coronation chicken
just watching the fat and calories so here goes lol...aim to be a tidy ten by the time my brothers wedding is here in july will start my workouts tomorra and start the gym 2 days per week next week for 2hours each day (leave the kids at my mums Very Happy

:D) CANT WAIT!!! cos its gym and SUNBEDDDDDD hehe

Wish I had the motivation to shift some fat off!!! Food is comfort to me during these difficult times with Jakes dad, but this could go on for years, I'll be the size of a house if I comfort feed for years. Why can't Iget my act together?
