Sweet potato and spinach curry, and it was absolutely DELISH 
It is a recipe in the new SW mag, and it is really easy and only 2 sins a portion, I have loads left, so I will also have it for my lunch tomorrow, Im deff gonna make it again, but bulk it out more with loads of other veg.

Jue it was absolutely bloody gorgeous and only takes bout 20 mins to cook, dead simple

sounds strange but i bet it was nice.
a lot of scottish slimmers recipes etc are soo easy to make aswell. x
