i've started

walkin alot!!
pauls bro took the girls seaside y'day so i went for a 40min walk to meet my mum then a 40min walk bk,met paul on the way bk he had his bike we took that home and then went for another walk which took about 40mins al2gether,
and walked saturday aswell which was about 45mins,
and 2day been work allday well 9.30-3 picked madison up done the girls dinner and went out for another walk at 4,30 got bk about 5.30 and i put my step thingy on that tells u how many steps u do and i done 5494 step,really pleased but not sure if i'm lookin 4ward 2 weigh in or not!! i had a bad tues evenin and a bad weds and sort of a bad thurs lol so really hopin i've lost somethin another half a lb and i get £25 on friday from paul haha x
