yesterday was ok for me was quite good even though my gran took me out for lunch and the kids are sitting next to me with plates of bloody macaroni How are all the slimmer getting on???? 483362

today again no too bad but i'm getting a headache after coming off the irn bru and back on my diet coke again so having sugar withdrawls lol

Ive been terrible all over xmas, I know Ive deff gained weight, off for wi tomorrow, not looking forward to it tho.

yesterday was ok, only had a snack this morning, but been out and brought some bits for me to snack on through the day like fruit ect, will pm you my weight soon angela need neil to re-connect the wii back up

i been ok. Not much food in the house anyway so i'm not eating to much junk. I think i will start the wii tomorrow since that my back is killing me today and i didn't have a very nice day.
