my food diary
im going to write everything that i eat on here so that if i gorge i will feel embarrassed and not do it again.
feel free to point and laugh when necesarry.
Today i have had
1 cheese roll
2 weetabix with skimmed milk
1 coffee with skimmed milk
2 glasses of blackcurrant high juice
some glasses of water.

Hun you should try to put a bit more in your stomac tomorrow. that is too little for your body to cope with.

2 weetabix with skimmed milk and a handful of strawberries
6 coffees with skimmed milk
3 glasses of juice
1 glass of water
1 chicken cup a soup
a banana
a small serving of home made beef hot pot with a large serving of peas
i wish i knew how many calories that is. im determined to keep this up im trying to resist temptation to eat a biscuit or two

i did well today but i know i didnt eat enough, but that was down to being busy and not being able to buy a single healthy snack anywhere that i was!
i didnt have time for brekkie as woke up late
1 coffee
1 tea with 2 sugars
2 litres of water
1 glass of juice
a chicken cup-a-soup
an apple
a banana
a jacket potato with beans, 2 frankfurters and a small serving (prob 10 g) of cheddar
later im going to have a handful of crisps, a tomato (or another apple) and maybe a muesli corner yogurt and another couple of juices.

i didnt do this since them powercuts, but im going to start again.
its going to look bad though cause i actually dont get much time to eat in the day time and when i do get time lately i have been forgetting. i know thats bad. i should still eat, but i dont feel hungry until i get a headache.
so today i havent had anything, but when sil fil and will get here im making corned beef hash (just really fancy it for some reason!) and i will have an orange, a banana and an apple and a low fat yoghurt afterwards. before bed i will have a chocolate snack a jack.
tomorrow i will eat brekkie.
on the plus side i think i lost 3lbs (my scales arent right, they said 13st when i was nude, yet the hospital ones said 12st and i had a gown and my big winter boots on) i need to go to boots and weigh myself i think.

well food diary didnt work but between the wii fit, consciously being more active and eating less i have lost 9lbs in 35 days, i think this is quite good, so over the weekend i gave myself time off but this week im going to my mums t\so will be doing lots of hiking and dieting (my mum is the diet queen) I have dropped approx one dress size, i used to be a large 14 and even 16 in come shops, now im a small 14 and 12 in some shops.
