instead of buying the chicken pakora and chips delivered for tea tonight that kev wanted im using that money to get the lateral thigh trainer from asda (its £12.50) tones thighs bums and tums and also gives a full body work out when used with a set of dumb bells (£5 in asda)

not as enjoyable but at least the results will look better lol
