i don't have breakfast as i normally feel sick if i eat in the morning so i've had a WW carrott cake slice, A ww macaroni and WW ciabatta so in total i have ate 10 points so i have 11/12 points left for my dinner.

wondering what i can have...............mmmmmmmmmmmm drooling here x

is weight watchers working for you hun. And what about the points. How are you going to do after you stop doing the ww?!? At the moment i'm doing the kellogs and is working a bit for me.

Mimi that is not healty hun. You are not eating a lot the last few days hun. Are u ok. That is not gonna make you feel good.

yeah ww works for me i don't go to the meetings as i weigh myself every saturday.

I normally am good during the week only by sticking to my WW during the week then the weekends are mine to eat whatever i want which i guess stops the cravings, well most of the time

come summer time i'll be having plenty of salads but with this weather i like hot food lol

no i agree leanne it's not healthy but people find their own way of losing weight, before i met neil i was a size 20 and dropped to a size 12 in the space of 8 weeks by not eating and only drinking water oh and smoking as that was killing off the food cravings.

i would try and eat something else though katie
