I've eaten loads today but.....

it's been healthy food like fruit and veg etc etc etc

had a banana for breekie as woke up hungry but i don't normally eat brekkie tbh

had a large pitta bread stuffed with honey roast turkey with shredded beetroot yum yum for lunch

and for dinner i has a ww hot pot with a tin of mixed veg

then i had a sneaky packet of cheesy wiggles and 3 large pickled onions lol

loaded all this info on myfitnesspal.com and it's telling me i have only ate 859 calories but i don't feel hungry

probably make up for it tomorrow as my gran is coming over to help pin me down in the dentist chair lol

lol, i hate the dentist too. definately....well its not so bad when im there and come out but its going in lol

i don't mind the dentist i actually like getting my teeth cleaned lol but it's needles i can't stand lol
