SLIMMING CHALLENGE ANYONE?????

i need a serious kick up the backside and was wondering if anyone wanted to join me in losing 10LBs by the 23rd of may, that 2 lbs for everyt week which is pretty feasible

Come on then I'll join ya too, I am 100% back on track as of yesterday, although 2lb a week is a big loss for me I only ever loose 1lb tops

i will try to join but i don't promise that i will lose much since that i don't have much time to exercise.

you could make your own targets and i'll keep a track of them if you all want x

No leave it as it is, I have had a boost today and feeling good , Ive lost 2 1/2lb today
