according to the scales at boots...

i weigh 12 stone which means I've lost 4 pounds since 2 weeks ago when i weighed myself on them so quite chuffed, last week it was about making small changes like no full fat fizzy juice and choosing baked potatoes and salads over chips etc etc etc and now I'm monitoring my calorie intake on myfitnesspal.com so thats keeping me on track

will weigh myself on the wii fit on Saturday morning to get my weight on that but i'm quite chuffed and that was after having my greggs sandwich (low fat version of course) and a bottle of diet irn bru lol
