2 and a half hours takes 35 mins to walk into the town had a walk around the shops and then walked back just in time to get the wee dude from nursery, according to myfitnesspal i've burned 508 calories in doing so 
knees are a wee bit achy but nothing a painkiller won't sort out lol defo doing it again in fact might do it when i take the kids bowling tomorrow lol

well done you..ive just got my wii fixed so am back on that again...have just joined S/W as the leader at my w/w was abit of a knob.x
