OK LADIES THIS CLUB DOESN'T OFFICIALLY START UNTIL AFTER THE NEW YEAR SO DON'T PANIC LOL

BUT IT'S TIME TO GET SERIOUS ABOUT THIS WEIGHT LOSS, WELL FOR ME ANYWAY

DOESN'T MATTER WHAT DIET YOU'RE FOLLOWING WEIGHT WATCHERS, SLIMMING WORLD, CALORIE COUNTING ETC WE JUST NEED TO ENCOURAGE EACH OTHER.

i will try to continue since that i really miss the way used to look before. At the moment because of the christmas tree i can't put the treadmill down but in a few days i will. I just hope to lose a lot more this year than i did before.
