for my weight loss thingy

got weighed in boots today and it says i'm 12st 4lb affraid affraid affraid affraid affraid affraid with clothes on.....so disgusted with myself but its the boot up the ass i need to off to make a new ticker to reflect this weight as a starting point

i will be skinny by the summer i'm bloody determined now!!!!!!!
