i dont follow any diets. i have thought of slim fast but the thought of drinking pretty much milkshake kinda bores me lol.
when i was on my anti-d's i didnt realise till now im clear of them (and thinking straight) i didnt eat i used to starve myself silent i would make sure i had breckie then that would be it till tea time my main meal be it a proper meal or toast... realli not good.
now if i want to think of shifting sum weight id probably kick out all the crap like zoe says and replace it with more fruit and sum nuts for nibbling on lol oh and id start to use my zumba game on wii (realli need to start that again!) maybe try a handful of diff recepies from diff places eg weight watchers then err slim fast? lol xx

yeah think i might just do that.
i make 4 different dinners each night in here, dylan hates what taylore eats and kevs always wanting specific things too, so i`ll make it all and we all sit down, and i eat what kev eats (portions sizes and all)

think i`ll buy in the microwave meals from weight watchers and try them for a couple of weeks and cut the crap then give myself a boost with the slimfast as now kevs wanting to go on holiday... and i dont fancy being a whale on the beach HAHA! xx
