Fallen off the wagon!

i really need 2 get bk on track girls,
i gained last wk thru bein away and really think i'm gonna gain again this wk,
i'm due on in the next wk aswell and always seem 2 wanna eat buildin up to it (thats my excuse anyway lol)
we have had a roast dinner 2day and choc fudge cake i'm tryin really hard,i'm sure from 2mora i can get on track as really gotta do it now,
got 6wks till we go away to the caravan thats if we go due to travellin etc,i'm gonna do my wii fit 2night and a workout dvd and mayb my exercise bike,
i've been out a few evenin's last wk doin powerwalk/joggin and will also b doin that 2mora night and hopefully everynight next wk,
i really really wanna do this dont know y i end up eatin the things i do etc as i just feel bad and just end up eatin more rubbish coz think 2 myself well i've had that might aswell carry on,it p**es me off really,x
