Bk to join

Slimming world again on monday,i just cant do this on me own!! its really hard i must weigh about 13stone now which honestly i dont feel it but i'am startin 2 notice i've put it all bk on again really hard and feel bad about it but its so so hard,
i've lost loads on SW b4 but its just keepin it off once u get to ur target weight at group u can stay and get weighed for nothin as long as u stay 3lbs below or 3lbs above ur target weight,i havent got loads 2 lose but would like to lose it and enough to feel gd about myself x

i think thats the hardest part is when you get to your target weight and try to keep it. the weight is coming back on me again so i'm going to be strict even over the weekend for a couple of week to get back on track
