not goin gd

Well had another gain this week of 2.5lbs,
not doin that gd really but hey i've had a few thigns planned etc so was expectin the gain i had was actually expectin more,
got nothin planned now up till xmas,so gonna knuckle down and b 110% GOOD,
i've got gd vibes this week! i've made a slimmin world quiche and a slimmin world potato and sausage flan which should last me a few days lunch and dinners!
i've been on me wii fit as cant get 2 me treadmill at mo so will do that 2mora and try both wii fit and treadmill,i even broke a sweat on the wii fit lol, the joggin knackered me out haha and omg the lunges my legs will kill in morn,
wish me luck this week girls gonna do my ulimate best and hopein for a gd loss xx
