when you have your AF

I always seem to be 2lbs heavier when i have my AF no matter how good i have been lol

would u beleive i've not havin any prob losin weight when i've been on my af,would u beleive i seem 2 loads alot when i've just finished,
like last wk i lost 4.5lbs that week i was on my af and finished sunday the day b4 weigh in x
