it is cute but I'm not sure if this one is 100% real the faces are practically identical right down to the red nose so making me think photoshop although if anyone reads bizzare magazine you often see things like this. It's getting more and more common for two headed things. I once had a 3 eyed baby fish born lived for two weeks before dying.
