starting tomorrow

well i shall be here tomorrow im joining a club tomorrow morning so gonna eat what ever i can and as much as i can tonight pmsl im actually looking forward to joining meeting tomorrow has anyone tried "the new" slimming world plan yet where u can have any free food from a red or green day then 1 healthy extra a and b and then still ya 15 syns?

im doing it the now, its really good and has been proven to work by some other people i know

i know someone that has done it and lost 8lb in one week! i've done slimming world before but i gave up but this time im determined wanna get slim for the summer r u doing well on slimming world kirsty?

god i was doing great lost almost 2 stone and then put it back on lol

so the plan was from friday to be back on it, but i have started slightly early by starting today but im easing myself in gently lol

aw wow 2 stone thats fab i lost about a stone before but i just gave up i think i started too soon have i had my daughter but she's almost a year old now and its time to get back in shape lol good luck kirsty

well i went down this morning to join and silly me was forgetting it was new years eve so obviously they werent open am gutted coz i really geared myself up to join!

well i've gone and done it i joine back at slimming world this morning and had a bit of a shock wheni got on the scales i still weigh 8 and a half pound less than i did last time i joined so i've kept some of the weight off so was quite pleased im gonna be trying the new extra easy plan for this first week

yeah been extra good this week so hopefully fingers crossed it won't be soooo bad lol

i want to join slimming world again, i lost about 1 1/2 stone last time, but ive put it all back on, and more. I could do with a daytime class tho, but there arent any around here that i can get to, dont really fancy having to take phoebe along too.

aw i go to a morning meeting and i have to take abbi with me its not too bad tho coz its takes me about 40mins to walk and by the time i got there yesterday she was sound sleep!

i cant find a daytime class either, drives me crazy

See Phoebe goes to nursey in a morning starting at 9.30, there is a class half an hour away in a morning but it starts at 9.15, so cant make that in time obviously.

My friend has just joined an evening class, but what do I do with Phoebe, I dont really want to have to take her out at that time in this weather.

hun if you phone them you might be able to go as the class starts at 9:15 so weigh in will be til 9:45 then half hour for the meeting and in some group they'll make allowences and let ya get weighed after the meeting so hat gives u til 10:15 to get there like my group starts at 9:30 but as i take my step son to school then its at least a 40 min walk there might be times i dont make it before ten so as long as im there by half ten she says its not a problem they'll always make allowences so they can have ya money lol i used to go to an evening group and i hated it morning is much better
