saw jens post about it & just wondered wot it is, i've done slimming world before but find it difficult cos lee is a pain to cook for, hes like a cave man, needs his meat!!! but i love pasta, help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

it means you can eat red and green together with only 2 he's and 5-15syns per day.

its great, i had bubble &squeak for me tea with chicken in a tomato sauce

so i can eat free food from red & green but still stick to the a choice, 2 he & sins?

yes to eating red and green together, 1 x HEA & 1 x HEB and syns.

also you can snack on usual green/red days foods - you take the lowest syn count for the item whether it be red/green

i'm gonna dig my book out & give it a go, well once all the naughty stuff from xmas has gone!!! might go on slim fast for a few weeks to kick start the weight loss!!
