BUTTERNUT SQUASH SOUP

u will need

onion x1
swede x1/2
butternut squash x1
carrot x 3
2pts of stock..any... bollion or chicken stock is nice


1)..dice all veg

2).brown the onion in low fat cooking spray

3).add butternut squash,carrots, swede and stock

simmer for 30-45 mins then blend.x
